We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Soccer Talent Videographer and Editor. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing footage of up-and-coming soccer talents and producing dynamic video content tailored for social media channels.This is a contract position, based in Sao Paulo.

Responsibilities include:

• Filming: Attend soccer events, matches, and training sessions to capture high-quality footage of emerging soccer talents. Utilize your expertise in cinematography to capture dynamic shots that highlight the skills, agility, and potential of the players.
• Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging and visually stunning videos optimized for social media platforms. Use your creative flair and technical skills to add dynamic effects, transitions, and music that enhance the overall impact and storytelling of the videos.
• Social Media Optimization: Tailor video content to suit the requirements and best practices of various social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Optimize video formats, aspect ratios, and captions to maximize reach, engagement, and virality.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, tone, and messaging guidelines. Maintain a consistent style and aesthetic across all videos while adapting to the unique characteristics of each platform and audience.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with talent scouts, coaches, and other stakeholders to identify promising players and coordinate filming opportunities. Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure alignment on objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and best practices in social media video production and soccer content. Apply insights and learnings to continuously improve the quality and relevance of video content.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor the performance of video content across social media channels, analyzing metrics such as views, engagement, and audience demographics. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize future video productions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in filming and editing video content for social media channels, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective video formats, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video.
